Darts Marathon Fundraiser
A WORLD record marathon darts attempt will take place at The Fox Pub in Sutton Coldfield next week with proceeds being raised for five worthy causes. Matt Willetts has organised a fundraising 48 hour Darts Marathon which starts on Wednesday 8th December, 2010 and continues on until Friday 10th December, seek 2010.
Matt has been inspired to undertake this challenge by his Father who is the current record holder. He will be joined in his two-day darts session playing the 501 format by father and son Julian and Mikey Harris from The Fox darts team and Andy Richardson who plays for The Pint Pot who collectively will be aiming to beat the present 30-hour record.
Five charities will become beneficiaries of this fantastic fundraiser – British Heart Foundation, North Warwickshire Air Ambulance, Macmillan Cancer Support, Cystic Fibrosis and Be Child Cancer Aware.
