- “Wear a Hat” to Support Children with Cancer

Hats On Day was founded in 1995 by four sixth-graders in St. Louis, Missouri and has now become a National Fundraising and Awareness event in the US. Be Child Cancer Aware want to replicate this idea to help our children here the UK and to raise awareness of Childhood Cancer.
We have designated 5th May, 2011 as our official Hats on Day.
Wear a hat to work or to school and make a small donation for doing so. You can have fun by creating and designing your own hats ; holding a competition; or just wearing your own hat in support.
